The Origin Medical Devices Panther 5 Ventilator is a high-level, invasive ICU ventilator with HFO2 and NIV capabilities that supports any patient from neonates to adults. Combining a powerful blower with a patented proportional flow valve and state-of-the-art algorithms, the P5 detects and delivers higher pressure, more flow and precise breaths to the patient.
The P5 simplifies patient management and ensures patient safety and support with a user-friendly interface and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools. The Panther 5 utilizes the Synchrony Suite including Origin’s SMART Trigger and Leak Compensation. The SMART Trigger proprietary algorithm improves synchrony and reduces the patient’s work of breathing in both non-invasive and invasive applications. The Panther SMART Trigger calculation also allows the clinician to detect and compensate for severe or variable leaks, ensuring successful ventilation.
